How to help medical providers in Lancaster, PA-

This website aims to be a clearinghouse for medical centers in Lancaster, PA. For each system and location listed, you can see:

  • What items are needed
  • What items are not needed
  • How to get food/beverage donations to its medical staff

*All locations listed are in Lancaster, unless a different city is noted.*

If a location is in need of items, the instructions for dropping them off are found via the “More Information” link at the bottom of the entry.

To order food delivery, consider the listings on www.Lanc.care.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health created a list of crucial supplies that facilities will need in coming weeks.

*Important note re: homemade cloth masks: Most medical centers are no longer accepting these directly, but they are still in high demand for retirement & nursing homes, employees of essential workplaces, and other vulnerable populations. Please refer to Lancaster Masks on Facebook to request, donate, and/or make face masks. (This page is public and viewable for those without a Facebook account.)

Please also consider supporting the workers making these masks for the community. Meals, snacks, and coffee are appreciated by these busy folks. Give them a heads up & get the delivery address by emailing Annamarie & Phil Lapp, and/or refer to this Lunch Sponsor sign-up page.

Love to all.

LHC is an essential community medical care provider in Lancaster city, which puts them in a unique position. Each LHC location is experiencing very high foot traffic, and they feel that for the safety of food service workers, staff, and patients, they should not be accepting food delivery right now. Gift cards are the better option for thanking LHC staff.
